Our products come from a variety of manufacturers.
When your order is placed we will confirm time frame and pick up address.
What is the time frame on Canadian made products ?
Statumdesigns.com 8-12 week wait. Pick up at 180 Norelco drive ( also ask to visit them via appointment through us). Delivery can be added as well.
Vangoghdesigns.com 8-12 week wait. Pick up at 67 Colville road. Ask to visit their showroom.
What is the time frame on Import/ Stock items?
Whionline.com pick up at 200 Romina drive
Styleinform.com pick up in Brampton
Lhimports.com pick up in Brampton or 67 Colville.
All other pick ups are within the GTA.
Delivery rates start at $175 for Toronto, outside of Toronto $200 +. Assembly extra.
Where are your products manufactured?
Because we carry a variety of brands, our products come from multiple locations. Our custom furniture lines, like Statum and Van Gogh, are all based in Canada. We also sell import furniture.
Are the finish colours in your photos accurate?
All of the photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under ideal lighting. Because of different screen calibrations, there may be slight variances in colour. You can always contact us to order a fabric swatch.
How do you ship your products?
We use a protrans.org or a local courier
Do you have a showroom ?
No, we are online only but please ask to visit our manufacturers. We can also mail out fabric samples.
I'm redesigning my space, but I'm not sure what I need. Can you help?
Yes! We offer design consultations. Please take a look at our consultations page to learn more.
Can I order a fabric swatch?
Absolutely. Many of our products come in hundreds of fabrics that we are not able to list on the website. Please contact us to request a fabric swatch.
How do I order custom items?
If you're interested in a custom item, please contact us! Our sofas are available in hundreds of fabric options and configurations. We would be happy to place an order for your custom furniture.
What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?
While extremely rare, if you do order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange for an alternative product or reimbursement.
Do you offer refunds/returns?
At this moment, we do not offer refunds or returns. If you are unsure of ordering online please contact is with any questions you may have.
