Home Consultations

Consultation -
Bronze

$100
  • 30 minute in-home consultation (available Mon-Wed, 12-7PM).
  • You receive a one time email including recommendations of what items yo​u​ should purchase to fill your space.
  • No fabric selections or colours will be suggested.​ ​

Consultation -
Silver

$200
  • 1 hour in-home consultation (available Mon-Wed, 12-7PM).
  • You will receive select item suggestions to fit your budget.
  • Includes fabric selections.
  • 1 week period of advice ​and direction ​given through email or in-store.

Consultation -
Gold

$400
  • 1 hour in-home consultation (available Mon-Wed, 12-7PM).
  • Floor plan.
  • Select furniture items suggested, fabric selections, decor advi​c​e, product sourcing.
  • 2 weeks of back and forth direction throughout the process.
  • You will be able to ask the designer about product recommendations for drapery, lighting and other retailer products.

Additions

Set up
$150

Hire Samantha to set up your pieces purchased at Equilibrium and be there for the reveal.

Project management
$1500 +

Hire Samantha to source your products from other retailers, combine all products from various sources and complete the set up at your hom .

Staging
$500 (plus cost of furniture rentals)

​Hire Samantha to ​stage your rental property taking care of furniture selections, drop off and pick up.

Assembly
70/hour

​Hire our outside delivery company to assemble your furniture selections at $70/hr.​

  • 2 weeks of back and forth direction throughout the process.
  • You will be able to ask the designer about product recommendations for drapery, lighting and other retailer products.
  • Payment and contract sent by email beforehand. Payment due 3 days in adv​ance​. If you decide to cancel​ you will be refunded 50% of the overall charge.​
